Pie Pops
How yummy and easy are these. Pie filling, Pie crust, cookie cutters, sticks(optional) and some sprinkles. Any size you want to make them any shape. just cut out your dough, add some filling(these happen to be Fresh Blueberry and Apple filling), seal your edges and into the oven. My kids had a blast helping with these.

Little Squirt (Whale Cake Topper)
These are soooo super cute. I have a dear friend that is hosting a Baby Shower. She lives in a bit away and was down here on business so she asked me to create a Cake Topper for the Shower. The theme is Little Squirt. Love it. Here is what I came up with. It goes with the invitations. I will post a pic of everything together once the shower happens but I just couldn't wait to share these with everyone.

Dodger Hat Cake
Well here it is a fun project creating a Dodger Hat for a 30th Birthday.
A Chocolate cake with Peanut Butter Frosting. The cupcakes are Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Frosting (The ones with Bats and Gloves). Strawberry Cupcakes with Strawberry Frosting (Jerseys with the name of the Birthday Boy). Chocolate cake with Ganache Frosting (Dodger Picks). I had a lot of fun making these and I know they will be wonderful to eat.

Mom's Mocha Birthday Cake
So when I was at my mom's getting the cupcakes ready for my friends 40th party (80's pics). My Mom tried a mocha flavored cupcake and that was it she knew the kind of cake she wanted for her Birthday. So here it is. Pretty but simple she is taking it back to Oxnard with her for her celebration at work. HAPPY 60th MOM! I L<3ove YOU.
