All of these Frosting's are homemade and the Buttercream's are Italian Meringue vs. the Standard Butter and Crisco Buttercream and are very tasty.

My fondant can be dyed to match just about any color and is a wonderful Buttercream flavor. Some people do not care for Fondant. I make sure to make my cakes with plenty of frosting so if someone wishes to peel the Fondant off they still have enough Frosting for their cake.
